After we were able to prove both our innovation capability and our digital competencies in the assessment series carried out by Bayern Innovativ, we are pleased that we can now also publish the excellent results of the sustainability assessment.
The assessment included a comprehensive evaluation of our sustainable environmental performance and social commitment. Our efforts to reduce our environmental footprint were especially highlighted. Last year, we already took successful measures to reduce our energy consumption, minimize waste and thus lower our emissions.

As a consulting and software development company with a special focus on innovation, we were faced with the task of evaluating our innovation strategy as part of our Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Planning 2023.

Bayern Innovativ GmbH supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in evaluating their innovative capacity, comparing it with direct and indirect competitors and developing appropriate actions. During a one-day audit as part of the Innovation Health Check (IHC), our innovation strategy was analyzed and compared with the data of 861 comparable companies in Europe.

Fürth, Germany, December 12, 2022. HMG Systems Engineering has successfully certified its quality management system by TÜV Rheinland according to EN ISO 13485:2016. The IT company thus meets the highest regulatory requirements for a quality management system for the production of software as a medical device.

HMG Systems Engineering’s participation in Bridgehead aims to successfully introduce PGXperts to the North American market. For this we want to evaluate the market between September 2022 and July 2023 and prepare the regulatory path to FDA approval. We want to win two renowned hospitals for the validation of the product.
